08:00 - Preikestolen Trailrun athletes leave Stavanger (map)
08:30 - Preikestolen Trailrun athletes leave Oanes (approx time - be early)
09:15 - The first intervall start from Revså Pier (map)
09:30 - The last intervall start from Revså Pier
11:46 - The first athlete expected to finish at Songesand
17:25 - The last athlete expected to finish at Songesand

Energy stations:

There are 2 aid stations on the course between Refså and Songesand. One is at Preikestolhytta (drink/energy), while the 2nd is at Neverdals crossing, where you leave the Preikestolen trail and head into the fjord. This aid station has no liquid energy due to the remote location. You will be provided with a refundable cup which you can use at Preikestolhytta and from the creeks along the path. 

Transport Package Information
Return travel from Songesand at 17:00, we have a late ferry leaving approx 20:30 for late arrivals. There are other ferries on the fjord and we recommend you check out these options if the 17:00 does not work for you.
